1. Register

You must register in order to gain access to our services. Registering requires an initial deposit of $20.00 to place in your account. These funds will be immediately available upon confirmation of your account. After your registration is complete, you will be able to purchase more calling time, check your account balance, view your call history, and make long distance phone calls using your personal PIN number. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your PIN number. Please, keep this email for further reference. In addition, all personal information you provide to Best2Call is protected according to our privacy policy.

2. Place calls

Placing phone-to-phone calls involves 3 easy steps:

1. Within US dial the toll-free access number 1-800-480-0931.
   If you live within one of our local access areas, you may also use one of our local access numbers.
   At the prompt, enter the PIN number you have received upon registration.
    
2. After confirmation from the system operator, dial the number you wish to call followed by the 'pound' (#) button.
    
3. After you complete the call, you may dial the 'pound' button twice (##) to start a new call.

 
Purchasing Additional Calling Time

When you access your account pages, you can view your call history, view and modify your profile and purchase additional calling time. For your convenience Best 2 Call offers a flexible mechanism for recharging your account any time you want with any amount you choose (between US$20 and US$100).

Here is how you buy more calling time:

1. Log in to your account here using the username and password or your PIN number.
    
2. Click on the 'Purchase Calling Time' button.
    
3. Fill in the purchase form and click the 'Continue' button. Best 2 Call accepts only credit and debit cards bearing the logo of MasterCard or VISA.
    
4. A confirmation page will appear telling you that your transaction has been accepted.
