Using pc2phone involves 3 easy steps:

Register
You must register in order to gain access to our
services. Registering requires an initial deposit of $10.00 to place
in your account. These funds will be immediately available upon confirmation
of your account. After your registration is complete, you will be able

2. Open the SoftPhone
1. Log-in to your account and click on the "Open
Softphone" button.

Microphone Troubleshooting
I have my mic plugged in correctly but it still is not
working. What am I doing wrong?
The most common causes for this issue are incorrect
settings for the computers soundcard software or incorrect connection
of the microphone to the computers soundcard. Before beginning troubleshooting,
make sure you are connecting the microphone into the microphone jack on
your sound card. If you are not sure which jack is the microphone jack,
please refer to your sound card or computer documentation. Next, verify
the microphone is set to record sound. To do this, please use the following
instructions:
- Double click on the speaker icon in the System Tray to open the Volume
Control.
- Look for Microphone balance and volume slider. If you do not see it,
click on the Options button, then click "Properties."
- Ensure "Playback" is selected in the Adjust volume for box.
- Scroll through the volume controls list and place a checkmark in the
box for Microphone. Click "OK."
- Place a checkmark in the box below Microphone if it is marked Mute.
If the box is marked Select, uncheck the box. Click OK.
- Click on the Options button, then click Properties.
- Select Recording in the Adjust volume for box. Click OK.
- Uncheck the box below Microphone, if it is marked Mute.
If the box is marked Select, place a checkmark in the box.
- Make sure that the microphone volume is up to at least halfway.

When I go to open the phone all the shows is a blank
window?
The security settings for you browser need to be changed
to allow the softphone program to run. Please follow the below steps:
- Open the Control Panel with the Start Button on your machine.
- Click the Internet Options icon
- Click the Security Tab
- Click on the Trusted Sites Icon
- Click the Sites button
- Type in best2call.com
- Then click the Add button
- Click off Require Server Verification checkbox
- Click the Okay button to close the window
- Restart your browser.
